Quiet melody begins followed by a melancholic oboe obbligato.
This obbligato can be played by sopranino most easily.
In this case, the change to soprano must be quick.
Tenor part is partly split; with one player only, play the upper notes.

He learnt the piano from his mother.
He belonged to the same band that Villa-Lobos played the cello which was very popular.
These are played on the rythm of choro.
In Ameno Reseda, alto 1 pays a high g#(0/2356), which may be difficult to sight play even for an advanced group.
But this note is not hard to produce.
Alto 2's high notes may be more difficult.
